Our Fine Art Paper is the very popular watercolor paper by Hahnemuhle used by artists and photographers alike. It is an acid-free paper with 50 percent rag showing a natural white finish with a slightly structured, soft-textured surface. Fine Art prints produced on Hahnemuhle papers have received top marks for longevity: the renowned American Wilhelm Research Inc. Institute has certified them to over 200 years.

	Unmounted Prints: Prints that are unmounted are shipped rolled in a Uline Kraft Tube. Large volume unmounted print orders may be shipped flat. If you plan to have a professional framer "gallery wrap" the canvas print in which the printed area goes on the side, you may want to choose the unmounted canvas. If you want a print that is possible to frame, then you may want to buy the Hahnemuhle Water Color Paper and take it to a professional framer.
	Stretched & Mounted Standard Wrap: The normal method for when we hand stretch a print is to secure the canvas with staples on the side. Since canvas stretches a little a slight amount of print "bleed" may wrap over the sides. Because the staples are visible most people will frame their print. Applies to: Small Mounted Premium Canvases (18 x 12").
	Stretched & Mounted Oversized Wrap: Unlike the standard wrap method the oversized wrap print has the staples in the back. A slight amount of print "bleed" may wrap over the sides. Because the staples are in the back many people will hang these prints up without a frame. Applies to: Oversized Mounted Premium Canvases (30 x 20" & 36 x 24").

Which option shall I choose if I want a print that is ready to hang?
If you want a print that is ready to hang when it arrives, then choose a mounted premium canvas. This is a wonderful option which really makes the photograph into a unique piece of art.

Which option shall I choose if I want to frame the print myself?
If you want to frame your print, then choose one of the Hahnemuhle papers.

How long will my print last?
We use some of the latest in artistic print technology. In addition, unlike canvas reproductions of the past, the inks we use are UV pigmented inks with an initial claim of 100 to 200 years. With proper care and not exposing the print to direct sunlight, your print is expected to last into future generations.

What is the turn around time for orders?
Once we receive the image from the client it takes 1 - 3 business days for the order to be processed and shipped out. In the U.S. the order will be shipped via UPS ground shipping which takes 1 to 6 business days for anywhere in the continental U.S. Orders outside the US are usually shipped via the US Postal Service and may take an average of 4 to 14 days for International shipping.

What if my purchase arrives in a damaged state?
The chance that your purchase will arrive damaged is very low, as we use special packing materials for safe and careful transportation to ensure secure delivery and prevent possible damages. In case your purchase does arrive damaged through our fault, we shall exchange your purchase or refund its cost. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Do you do any more sizes?
On each product listing we show the range of sizes we do. However, please feel free to request other sizes. We will be happy to discuss such a requirement at any time. Please contact Customer Service.

How do I care for my canvas?
A canvas surface may be cleaned occasionally with a slightly dampened sponge, wiping the surface gently. Do not use cleaning agents or soap, which may cause damage. Canvases are vulnerable to heat processing and could be ruined or fade through different types of heat exposure. Your canvas transfer should not be placed in direct sunlight. This type of exposure will cause fading over time.
