
Payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details. A small padlock icon will appear in the status bar of the browser at the bottom of your screen when you are entering your card details, highlighting a secure platform.
Once we receive Your order it takes 1 - 3 business days for the order to be processed and shipped out. In the U.S. the order will be shipped via UPS ground shipping which takes 1 to 6 business days for anywhere in the continenal U.S. Orders outside the US are usually shipped via the US Postal Service and may take an average of 4 to 14 days for International shipping. Note that any International, US Territories, Hawaii and Alaska are usually shipped on Friday evenings. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are in transit 2 - 3 days since they must be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Customers outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Lightgate Imagery, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

What payment options are accepted by Lightgate Imagery?
We accept all major credit cards from most countries (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover), checks and money orders. International customers not able to supply credit card information must submit payment in the form of an international money order, drawn from US funds.
Orders paid via credit card are not charged until the item or first item ships on the order. Prior to shipping, we have only received a pending pre-authorization request from your financial institution. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization.
Is ordering online safe?
With Lightgate Imagery, ordering online is as safe as using a credit card to buy dinner in a restaurant. We use the latest security technology, which includes data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. The price you see by all our pictures is the price you pay come check-out. All that's added is the shipping cost.
If I see an image I like but need some of the colours changing to match my personal interior scheme is that possible?
In a word yes. We can custom match images to the colour palette of your room. Due to the work involved this would mean an additional cost, please contact us for more information.

How will my package be shipped?
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Lightgate Imagery ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday–Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
Can I ship to a P.O. box? Can you ship to an APO?
Yes, within certain guidelines. The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box or APO address. Larger framed items must be shipped to a street address. Note also that for items shipped to a street address, a phone number is required.
When will my order arrive?
This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper we used to deliver your product.
